The annual WPSHA Conference will be held September 1–3, 2026, at Stonewall Resort in Roanoke, West Virginia.
Travel options
Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT)
- Commute: Approximately a 2-hour and 45-minute drive to the resort.
- Advantage: This larger airport typically offers a much greater supply and selection of rental vehicles.
North Central West Virginia Airport (Clarksburg - CKB)
- Commute: Approximately a 45-minute drive to the resort.
- Recommendation: Because this is a regional airport, we strongly recommend confirming rental car availability before booking your flight.
West Virginia International Yeager Airport (Charleston - CRW)
- Commute: Approximately a 1-hour and 45-minute drive to the resort.
- Recommendation: As with the Clarksburg option, we recommend verifying rental car availability in advance.

Please review the descriptions below before starting your registration. You’ll be asked to select one of the following categories on the form:
WPSHA Primary Membership
- Eligibility: One representative per hospital from WPSHA affiliate states
- Who: Typically the CEO or Director responsible for psychiatric hospital planning and operations
- Membership Dues: Prepaid
- Benefits: Eligible for travel reimbursement up to $1,650
WPSHA Associate Membership
- Eligibility: Additional attendees from a member hospital (second representative)
- Membership Dues: Prepaid for additional attendees
- Benefits: Eligible for travel reimbursement up to $1,150
Walk-Up Registration (For Member Hospitals)
- Cost:
- $250 for the first additional attendee
- $100 for each subsequent attendee
- Note: Walk-up registrants are not eligible for travel reimbursement
Additional Registration Options:
- Non-WPSHA Affiliated Attendee – $450
For individuals from hospitals in non-WPSHA states. Travel reimbursement does not apply. - Alumni Member – $250
For former WPSHA members who wish to stay connected and participate in the annual conference.
